Nvidia

I personally think that Nvidia is a very good stock to buy. It is a cyclical stock and that is why it will regain its value.Because of some faulty chips or video card, their stock price went down.But, out of big number of video card, only two different video card (Ge force 8600 and Ge force 8400) had problem.I am not underestimating the problem.I know that it is a big blow to Nvidia , but HP,Dell and nvidia together will share the damages. So, Nvidia is getting financial help from two giant ( HP and DEll).

Now, chipset or makeing gaming video card is not the only business what Nvidia does.They have been making video card for different industries ,as an example, for medical research. They are also trying to diversify their business.They are planning to make processors for smart phones.Any smartphone with those processors will have have more than 10 hours of battery life for audio.

Their New Cuda features is giving a big competition to ATI.

If we look at the financial situation what we see that they have been making profit for last 8 years.So, they have enough money to survive in this crisis.

In a word, don't be scared.This is tough time. If it is dark, sun is laughing behind it. Nvidia will come back
